We Design, Manage & Build.
KAS are London-based RIBA chartered architects delivering a complete turnkey design and construction service for private homes and commercial spaces.
We are known for creatively reimagining existing buildings through a seamless journey—combining architecture, interior design, and construction. With creative problem-solving and personal care, we craft architecture that feels considered, confident, and thoughtfully detailed.
Our one-stop shop approach eliminates the miscommunications typical of fragmented project setups. Acting as your single point of contact throughout, we evaluate and resolve complex design and budget challenges in real time – delivering complete peace of mind from initial concept to final handover.
Our Approach
We begin by exploring initial design concepts while guiding your project through local planning permissions and listed building consents.
Next, we translate the design into precise technical drawings while managing the specialist consultant team—including structural engineers, party wall surveyors, and MEP specialists—resolving every detail on paper before work begins on site.
Finally, we oversee the build on site, managing specialist trades, materials, and daily operations. Serving as your single point of contact throughout, we protect the design quality and handle every detail right through to a smooth, seamless final handover.
